Text updates: terms & privacy

The program

Out Tonight STL (outtonightstl.com) sends recurring marketing text messages with weekend picks (concerts, comedy, games, events, bars, restaurants and links to plans on our site) and news about the Out Tonight app, including early access to new features like Orbiting.

How you sign up

You opt in by entering your mobile number in the “Text me” form on outtonightstl.com and tapping Text me. Signing up is never required to use the site or buy anything.

How often

About 1 message per week. We may occasionally send a second message in a busy week, but never more than 2 per week.

Cost

Our texts are free, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation text and nothing after that.
• Reply HELP for help, or email official@outtonightstl.com.
• To rejoin, sign up again on outtonightstl.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

Privacy

• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
• We use your number only to send you Out Tonight STL texts and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
• Your number is stored with our email provider (which receives sign-ups) and our text messaging provider, only so they can deliver our messages.
• Want your number deleted? Reply STOP, or email official@outtonightstl.com and we’ll remove it.

Website privacy

Our website doesn’t require an account. Saved plans and your preferences are kept only in your own browser. Forms you send us (show submissions, listing updates, verification requests) go to our email for review and aren’t shared or sold.
